Robert Stone, Ph.D. - Chief Executive Officer
Over the past twenty-nine years Dr. Robert Stone has held key positions in several California-based companies including Nellcor, MedaSonics, Natus Medical, Pacific Consultants, Pemstar, MedTech, and Tronics MedTech. Dr. Stone has supervised all phases of product development including concept definition, prototyping, design, clinical trials, FDA clearance and regulatory compliance including UL, CSA, and CE listings. Dr. Stone also specializes in patent development and technology licensing. Dr. Stone possesses a BSEE and MSEE from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Darius A. Przygoda, Ph. D. - Vice President, Electrical Engineering
Dr. Przygoda has over 20 years experience in management and electronic product design and development.
Dr. Przygoda received his education in Europe; began his career in a research institute in Warsaw, Poland; then moved to the United States to continue working in consulting. He has held management positions including Director of Department of Measurement, and Vice President of Electrical Engineering. He continues to technically support projects with his extensive background in mathematics and physics and extensive hands-on background in digital/analog circuits design, simulation and debugging techniques.
He earned his M.S., and Ph.D. at the Technical University of Warsaw, Poland, and has continued his education by completing numerous classes and courses both in Europe and in the U.S.
Larry J. Czapla
Larry J Czapla is a medical device senior executive with extensive domestic and international experience in marketing, sales, business development, operations, and general management. Mr. Czapla most recently was the CEO and President of IntriMed Technologies, a medical device contract development and manufacturing company specializing in miniaturization and surface modification. Prior to joining IntriMed, he held executive positionsa at Accellent, a leading provider of design, supply chain management and strategic sourcing services, Pemstar, a $700 million global services provider to the medical, computer, and communications industries, and has led larger teams in launching key new technologies and products at Medtronic, General Electric Medical and Philips Medical Systems.
